Flounder Bay Yacht Club is located on the west side of Fidalgo Island, north of Deception Pass and three miles west of downtown Anacortes.  F.B.Y.C. is located in the Skyline Marina. [map]

The club dock, located in front of the Club building, is used for visitor check-in only. Maximum boat length is 44 ft. The building is between “D” & “E” Docks.

Procedures

Tie up to the courtesy dock and check the sign out list for available slips. You must fill out the guest register and pay upon arrival. A payment box is located in the laundry room.  You must display a burgee at all times and be prepared to show your yacht club ID card. Slips range in size from 30' to 44'.  Occasionally there are 50' slips available. No overhangs over the dock are allowed, and no more than 4' of overhang past the pilings in the marina fairway.

Amenities

• Moorage is limited to 5 days per calendar year. The first night is free; electricity is $3.00 for the first night.  The moorage fee of $10 per day for days 2 thru day 5 includes electricity.

• 30A power and water are available at the slips. Restrooms, coin-op showers and laundry are downstairs in the building at the head of the dock. Unencrypted WiFi and local phone service available as well.

• A club house with kitchenette, restroom, deck space and 2 natural gas BBQ's are available for visitor use by arrangement with the dockmaster.  

• Full service marine facilities are located nearby including a gas dock at Skyline Marina. A small market is nearby and public transportation to downtown Anacortes is available. [SKAT Transit bus information] A list of restaurants and points of interest is available at check in and is posted on the bulletin board.
